11. KenaLeen® C re a m … Direction of use
For vitiligo batches away from joints (in face, neck, back …etc):
Patient has to apply KenaLeen Cream (at 7-10 AM, in this interval time the wave length of UVA will be
around 330 nm, the perfect one. Or (3-4 PM), also the wave length of UVA in this period will be the
same). After the patient applying the Cream he should keep it for (half an hour to 1 hour) in his affected
area then after that he has to wash it then expose directly to the sun light from (5-10 minutes), and patient
must use kenaleen cream once daily until the white patch changed to pink color then he can use it every
other day by the same procedure.

I For approved and rapid effect in vitiligo treatment, most of Drs use combination
therapy (especially with phototherapy).
For vitiligo batches which are on joints (like in knee or fingers …etc):Patient must follow
the directions above, which are for patches away from joints, but he should use it twice daily for 10
days, then once daily until the patches changed to pink color, after that every other day.
