Facility managers who are part of care coordination could assist patient in receiving optimal care by addressing the challenges in coordinating care for these patients, and offer programmatic changes and policies that help deliver the best services to all patients.
Facility managers can come up with strategic plans based on prior data and make necessary changes based on preexisting conditions. “Patient- centered, comprehensive, coordinated, and accessible care that continuously improved through a systems-based approach to quality and safety” (AHRQ, 2012) are what’s needed to achieve the highest quality care possible in any health care facility.
Patient centered care can’t be achieved with providers only. It requires team work and collaboration among all stakeholders. To improve the quality and safety of patients, health care facility managers can work hand and hand with the coordinated team to provide a system based approach by drawing on decision-support tools, taking into account patient experience, and using population health management approach. As a facility manager, and part of the care coordination team, I would look into models of care that would assist our situation. With the Affordable Care Act in place, there are accountable care organizations (ACOs), which provide models of care (“Promise,” 2013). There are many different definitions and perspectives on care coordination, but all lead to the goal of meeting patient needs and providing adequate healthcare (“Care,” 2014).
Care coordination is essential because each patient can interact with a variety of professionals each visit. For example, for a routine physical appointment, the patient could meet with the scheduling staff, medical assistants, nurses, doctors, pharmacists, and the billing staff. If each one of these member fails to coordinate as a whole, the patient could be harmed or neglected. As a care coordinator, I would be responsible for discussing an individualized care plan with each patient and ensuring that they understand their responsibilities. All barriers should be identified, such as financial, social (language), psychological, and anything that would effect the patient from following their correct plan of care and interacting with the staff (“Promise,” 2013). Another key point is to ensure the medical staff has reviewed the patient’s medical records and ensure that everyone is on the same page. The creation of community health promotion and education programs takes into consideration several agencies or parties who help in the achievement of the desired health goals. Each of the partners will address its roles using different approaches depending on their area of expertise. This is an important factor to consider as different institutions address health promotion using different approaches and perspectives. The overall outcome from the contribution of every partner should be able to restore and promote the physical, emotional, spiritual, psychological, and social wellness of the community in relation to the health issue being suffered (Minelli, & Breckon, 2009). Chronic diseases are currently the leading causes of death in the community due to their complexity and the severe effects on human health. The community health promotion and education program will be provided by the ‘Health Concerns Coalition’ which will be made up of the following partners; community religious groups, Cancer Supportive Care Foundation, an association of cancer-survivor patients, nutritional organizations, and the local authority.
1. Cancer Supportive Care Foundation – This is an important part of the coalition as it will offer technical expertise in education and diagnosis of chronic diseases. The foundation team will include medical experts who will diagnose the community members of any chronic illnesses. This array of possibilities for involvement provides opportunities for all nurses, regardless of time, or other possible constraints. Successful policy making is a collaborative effort, and one that commands mutual respect from all involved. Your involvement in policy making can lead to expanded opportunities as both a nurse leader and as a respected member of an interprofessional health care team.

This document provides an introduction, literature review, and proposed framework for a study on patient satisfaction towards doctor treatment at state hospitals in Multan, Pakistan. The study aims to examine if patients are satisfied with the healthcare process, doctor treatment and behavior, and information/communication. The conceptual framework identifies background variables, independent variables related to doctor treatment, and dependent variables of patient satisfaction. The literature review discusses several prior studies that examined factors influencing patient satisfaction like doctor competence, communication, and attitudes. The theoretical framework discusses social identity theory and satisfaction theory in understanding patient attitudes and expectations.

The mood of the care recipient to see if the impression (expectations) of service are met by the patient may be defined as patient satisfaction. The current perspective on service efficiency tends to be that patient treatment meets public standards and requirements in terms of interpersonal support as well as professional assistance. (Hardy et al. 1996).
For various reasons, customer satisfactions in the healthcare industry have been investigated. First it was important to decide on the extent and the degree to which patient care seekers, the meeting of drugs criteria and the continuous use of these services have effect, satisfaction as a quality of service metric, as well as allowing doctors and health services to better appreciate and use the input of the patient. (Ong et al. 2000).
Consumer satisfaction with healthcare services is a multi-panel term that refers to the core facets of treatment and suppliers, while PS medical services with the quality enhancement systems from the patient context, full control of quality and the intended outcomes of services are considered to be of primary importance (Janicijevic et al. 2013).
The Pakistani health system is being changed somewhat and there are wonderful scope for applying standard of services to health care. Patients in Pakistan now have access to increased quality health care. Obviously, the staff and staff are the most important winners of a successful health care environment of every community sector framework (Bakari et al. 2019).
The medical clinic of today's study is the product of a long and complicated war of civilization to quantify produce and study and to give thought to the thoughtful (Fullman et al. 2017).

On the contrary, advanced nursing practice allows nurses to actively participate in clinical diagnoses, interventions, treatment monitoring, prescribing, and examinations physical (Batey & Holland, 2018). At present, the concept of advanced practice nurses has achieved worldwide development, for this reason, the health system prefers advanced practice nurses because they are trained professionals to meet the needs of patients and meet the administrative requirements of the system sanitary (Coulehan & Sheedy, 2017).
Prescribing for advanced practice nurses (APRNs) is a new integration to their responsibilities and duties with the health of patients. The prescribing of these nurses, has demonstrated effectiveness and efficacy, and allows APRNs to approach the integral and efficient management of patients from the viewpoint of other nurses, given that, according to each state, APRNs have the power to prescribe, that is, if APRNs have experience in prescribing, each state can limit this practice (Scudder, 2016).
Regarding the education of APRNs, these nurses should be specially educated to formulate prescription medications, to train about safe practices based on formulas and the combination of controlled medications. On the other hand, the limited APRNs for the formulation of medications, have the option of working interdisciplinary with other professionals to participate in the prescription, this ensures that nurses know the risks and benefits of the prescription (Coulehan & Sheedy, 2017). However, this seems to be a barrier, like the laws in each state, since it does not allow trained APRNs to exercise their knowledge and skills in this regard. Although this practice aims to protect the integrity of patients, it limits the experience and autonomy of nurses with the knowledge and certified education (Batey & Holland, 2018).
Finally, another barrier faced by nurses trained and endorsed by the state, are the regulations of each health institution, since, each hospital can determine the scope of APRNs, that is, hospitals can limit the APRNs to formulate prescriptions of medications, even if, they are accredited and allowed by the state, since, federal and state laws give hospitals autonomy to determine the competencies and functions of each of their workers (Jiao & Murimi, 2018). Likewise, it is possible to affirm that the main consequence of these barriers affects the quality and effective care of patients, since, in some cases, there may be delays in medical care until a certified physician supervises the activities of APRNs, increasing health costs and decreasing patient satisfaction (Batey & Holland, 2018).

Competent interpreter services and programs to promote staff diversity are other ways in which health care organizations can increase cultural competence (Clancy & Stryer, 2001). Because communication is a cornerstone of patient safety and quality care, every patient has the right to receive information in a manner he or she understands. Effective communication allows patients to participate more fully in their care. Communicating effectively with patients is also critical to the informed consent process and helps practitioners and hospitals give the best possible care. For communication to be effective, the information provided must be complete, accurate, timely, unambiguous, and understood by the patient. Many patients of varying circumstances require alternative communication methods: patients who speak and/or read languages other than English; patients who have limited literacy in any language; patients who have visual or hearing impairments; patients on ventilators; patients with cognitive impairments; and children. The hospital has many options available to assist in communication with these individuals, such as interpreters, translated written materials, pen and paper, communication boards, and speech therapy. It is up to the hospital to determine which method is the best for each patient. Various laws, regulations, and guidelines are relevant to the use of interpreters. The creation of community health promotion and education programs takes into consideration several agencies or parties who help in the achievement of the desired health goals. Each of the partners will address its roles using different approaches depending on their area of expertise. This is an important factor to consider as different institutions address health promotion using different approaches and perspectives. The overall outcome from the contribution of every partner should be able to restore and promote the physical, emotional, spiritual, psychological, and social wellness of the community in relation to the health issue being suffered (Minelli, & Breckon, 2009). Chronic diseases are currently the leading causes of death in the community due to their complexity and the severe effects on human health. The community health promotion and education program will be provided by the ‘Health Concerns Coalition’ which will be made up of the following partners; community religious groups, Cancer Supportive Care Foundation, an association of cancer-survivor patients, nutritional organizations, and the local authority.
1. Cancer Supportive Care Foundation – This is an important part of the coalition as it will offer technical expertise in education and diagnosis of chronic diseases. The foundation team will include medical experts who will diagnose the community members of any chronic illnesses. Your involvement in policy making can lead to expanded opportunities as both a nurse leader and as a respected member of an interprofessional health care team.

This document provides an introduction, literature review, and proposed framework for a study on patient satisfaction towards doctor treatment at state hospitals in Multan, Pakistan. The study aims to examine if patients are satisfied with the healthcare process, doctor treatment and behavior, and information/communication. The conceptual framework identifies background variables, independent variables related to doctor treatment, and dependent variables of patient satisfaction. The literature review discusses several prior studies that examined factors influencing patient satisfaction like doctor competence, communication, and attitudes. The theoretical framework discusses social identity theory and satisfaction theory in understanding patient attitudes and expectations.

The current perspective on service efficiency tends to be that patient treatment meets public standards and requirements in terms of interpersonal support as well as professional assistance. For various reasons, customer satisfactions in the healthcare industry have been investigated. First it was important to decide on the extent and the degree to which patient care seekers, the meeting of drugs criteria and the continuous use of these services have effect, satisfaction as a quality of service metric, as well as allowing doctors and health services to better appreciate and use the input of the patient. (Ong et al. 2000).
Consumer satisfaction with healthcare services is a multi-panel term that refers to the core facets of treatment and suppliers, while PS medical services with the quality enhancement systems from the patient context, full control of quality and the intended outcomes of services are considered to be of primary importance (Janicijevic et al. 2013).
The Pakistani health system is being changed somewhat and there are wonderful scope for applying standard of services to health care. Patients in Pakistan now have access to increased quality health care. Obviously, the staff and staff are the most important winners of a successful health care environment of every community sector framework (Bakari et al. 2019).
The medical clinic of today's study is the product of a long and complicated war of civilization to quantify produce and study and to give thought to the thoughtful (Fullman et al. 2017).

Social, health care related issues and political influences are what makes up complex barriers. On the contrary, advanced nursing practice allows nurses to actively participate in clinical diagnoses, interventions, treatment monitoring, prescribing, and examinations physical (Batey & Holland, 2018). At present, the concept of advanced practice nurses has achieved worldwide development, for this reason, the health system prefers advanced practice nurses because they are trained professionals to meet the needs of patients and meet the administrative requirements of the system sanitary (Coulehan & Sheedy, 2017).
Prescribing for advanced practice nurses (APRNs) is a new integration to their responsibilities and duties with the health of patients. The prescribing of these nurses, has demonstrated effectiveness and efficacy, and allows APRNs to approach the integral and efficient management of patients from the viewpoint of other nurses, given that, according to each state, APRNs have the power to prescribe, that is, if APRNs have experience in prescribing, each state can limit this practice (Scudder, 2016).
Regarding the education of APRNs, these nurses should be specially educated to formulate prescription medications, to train about safe practices based on formulas and the combination of controlled medications. On the other hand, the limited APRNs for the formulation of medications, have the option of working interdisciplinary with other professionals to participate in the prescription, this ensures that nurses know the risks and benefits of the prescription (Coulehan & Sheedy, 2017). However, this seems to be a barrier, like the laws in each state, since it does not allow trained APRNs to exercise their knowledge and skills in this regard. Although this practice aims to protect the integrity of patients, it limits the experience and autonomy of nurses with the knowledge and certified education (Batey & Holland, 2018).
Finally, another barrier faced by nurses trained and endorsed by the state, are the regulations of each health institution, since, each hospital can determine the scope of APRNs, that is, hospitals can limit the APRNs to formulate prescriptions of medications, even if, they are accredited and allowed by the state, since, federal and state laws give hospitals autonomy to determine the competencies and functions of each of their workers (Jiao & Murimi, 2018). Likewise, it is possible to affirm that the main consequence of these barriers affects the quality and effective care of patients, since, in some cases, there may be delays in medical care until a certified physician supervises the activities of APRNs, increasing health costs and decreasing patient satisfaction (Batey & Holland, 2018).

Nurses and social workers play a vital role in healthcare advocacy; however, anyone that assists patients in manoeuvring the healthcare system and earns their trust is considered a health advocate (Mason et al., 2020). Health practitioners and organizations should be involved in health care promotion by ensuring that patients obtain quality care and make knowledgeable medical choices. Additionally, most health organizations ought to build on their interactions and communication with patients for active healthcare distribution.Professional AdvocacyProfessional health advocates are mostly clinical or nonclinical individuals equipped with experience since they tend to have a healthcare background such as nursing or administrator. They are involved in coordinating patient care among multiple providers, interpreting diagnostic results, medications and treatment and negotiating expenses with healthcare providers (Arabi et al., 2018). Most old patients suffering from chronic ailments require meeting with several experts and clinicians, each giving different opinions on the disease in question. Hence, it is the responsibility of an advocate to coordinate such visits and ensure the patient is comfortable. Upon receiving a diagnosis, a professional advocate helps interpret medical terminologies for the patients understanding while making the necessary payments to the health providers involved.Patient AdvocacyA personal healthcare advocate is either a caregiver, friend, relative or spouse that assists the patient in getting better health care. A personal advocate performs several responsibilities to care for their loved ones, such as; voicing patients’ concerns, responding to inquiries from doctors about the patient’s health history, and assisting patients in understanding information given by doctors during medical appointments (Mason et al., 2020). Personal advocates also help their patients manage prescriptions, ensuring that they are taken at the right time and amount. The advocate emotionally and physically supports patients during their medical journeys easing the impact of the emotional burden it may have on the family members and patient. Additionally, personal advocates further ask for enquiries regarding additional appointments and the side effects of the medication administered to the patient.Political AdvocacyHealthcare guidelines can influence the quality and effective distribution of health care. According to the Department of Health and Human Services in United States and the

American Medical Association, health supporters can assist patients in navigating strategies such as safety requirements, which diminish the danger of injury and infection; legal obligations, which guard both healthcare employees and patients; and health principles, which safeguard patients’ rights and confidentiality (Arabi et al., 2018). Nurses are in exceptional positions to be advocates for health on behalf of the public. Therefore, they should identify that the radical ideology of the health care system and policy-making procedure will shape nursing management, whether it is clinical, political or academic leadership.
