This document lists the professional accomplishments, awards, and recognition of an individual. It includes orchestrating and managing the implementation of a Print Optimization Project at a University that received recognition in several industry publications and awards. The project was also documented in vendor white papers and an overview was presented at two conferences. Additional accomplishments include managing projects to outsource IT infrastructure, introduce enterprise business process management, perform technology rejuvenation projects, create a centralized print architecture, and introduce intelligent mail production capabilities.

∙ Project was documented in vendor white papers (Print Operations Group, WBM, Lexmark)
∙ Presented an overview of the Print Optimization Project at NACAS Conference (2012) and
CANHEIT (2013)
∙ Managed a project to outsource Information Technology Infrastructure service.
∙ Developed a strategy to introduce Enterprise Business Process Management to the executive
management team.
∙ Performed numerous technology rejuvenation projects to provide cost savings to various
enterprises.
∙ Created a successful multi platform centralized transactional print architecture.
∙ Introduced and implemented intelligent mail production capabilities.
∙ Conceptualized and recommended merger of Data Centre Print Operations with Copy Centre
Operations (Digital Print Operations) at Canada Life Head Office, Toronto
