(father, mother & daughter). The father and mother tragically died leaving the

she had committed suicide, however this wasn't the case. Now her spirit haunts the
house, threatening families but instead she is actually warning them of a darker
demon spirit lurking in the house.
Main settings- Garden, big house
Key events- family move in, where they find items of the young girl and then the
haunting begins where the new family must seek help.
Costumes- for the newly moved family: middle-class everyday casual clothing
that is fashionable to appeal to younger aged target audience.
Spirit girl: white dress that is dirty and ripped to connote how her innocence has
been corrupted.
Other horror characters: dark costuming to symbolise darkness and evil.

A group of friends decide to go for a weekend away at a holiday camp before they
go to University, which would appeal to the younger aged target audience.
However, the group get lost on the way and find an abandoned cabin that they
decide to stay in. Over the course of the weekend they find themselves being the
victim of a serve haunting of a friendship group that were murdered years ago who
want to take the form of the weekend friendship group.
Main settings- cabin, woodland.
Key events- friends decide to stay away get lost and stuck in a storm. Find the log
cabin where they stay and the hauntings begin where they must try and escape.
Costumes- fashionable casual clothing that for the boys are masculine and for the
girls are feminine. This would appeal to the younger aged audience more.
Make-up- pale skin, natural looking appearance, blood.
Lighting- low key lighting to create shadows.
Sound- creaking floorboards and doors, non-digetic background sound that is a
high pitch and slow tempo.
