- #2 Thank you for joining our presentation of the pricing summary for 2009/2010, fiscal year for the Florida Region. I'm district manager Michelle Cloud. During this meeting we will be reviewing the pricing strategy and results for the Florida region for FY 2010.
- #3 My overall pricing strategy for the year was to make conservative changes to our pricing that would also provide a profit for the company. Factors I took into consideration were historical data about volume of visitors to Florida, pricing history and market research about our competitors. One of my main goals was to increase out capacity utilization to 100%.
