March 2014 to December 2014
Coordinated HSE Activities for up to five (5) Drilling Rigs located in TX, LA, and MS
for Denbury Resources. Laid off due to a reduction in drilling activity.
Rolled out Hazard ID program from Denbury to all drilling operations.
Incident investigations inclusive of Root Cause Analysis that were followed to
completion.
Conducted comprehensive rig audits weekly for all rigs operating in TX. LA. and
MS. And reported findings to Drilling Operations and Denbury HSE.
Participated in field investigations that encompassed not only drilling contractor
activities, but all contractors in the fields of operation. Inclusive of work-over and
production activities.
Reviewed and audited weekly all contractors on each drilling location, inclusive
of Class I-IV inspections on each rig.

work within IADC and API standards in a fast paced drilling program (RU/RD
