STAFF OVERTIME
• Staff who comes in later than 9.00 am but still claim overtime starting from 6.00 pm
• The overtime period starts after fulfilling the 8 hours work period, not after 6.00 pm
• Overtime on weekdays vs Overtime on weekend
• Is there any cap of overtime claim? Can someone do overtime up until 9.00 pm, 10.00 pm, 11.00
pm, 12.00 am?
STAFF MEDICAL BENEFIT
• Limit claim per month
• So far, the practice is the staff can claim maximum RM 70.00 per receipt.
• But we do not limit how many times the staff can claim in a month.
• For example, like staff A went to the clinic for 3 times in a month, hence the staff has 3 receipts that he
can use to claim from the Company - BUT IF THE MAXIMUM MEDICAL LEAVE IS 12 DAYS, THEN PER YEAR
THE MAXIMUM TIME THAT CAN CLAIM IS 12 TIMES TOO
• We do accept claim without medical certificate - meaning that staff do not take medical leave, but went to
the clinic and claim the expenses
• General outpatient treatment
• Exclude dental, optical, & specialist
• How to define / to determine? What is the guideline?
• If only consultation fee at the specialist clinic / hospital? The staff has fever and the nearest medical
centre that he can go is a specialist clinic.
CHECKTIME - ATTENDANCE ANALYSIS SOFTWARE
STAFF ATTENDANCE
• Attendance report
• Created one for each staff and pass to them so they can check any absence and then update appropriately
in the GCube - can be done on 1st working day of the month
• Checktime
• Great - if can produce attendance report for each staff automatically from one click rather than click and
save one by one
• Feature - list and compile the dates when the staff is absent (individual report)
• Easier to view and to send to the individual staff
• Feature - list and compile the dates when the staffs are absent (deparmental report)
• More convenient when doing report for the first time; then can detect who is absent, and can
approach the respective personnel
• Produce in the form of graph to be more presentative - pie chart / bar chart
• Feature - view leave taken by the staff in the form of bar chart / graph
• Feature - view the list of people who is on duty and who is absent on this particular date
• How to capture timing for Saturday attendance?

STAFF OVERTIME • Staff who comes in later than 9.00 am but still claim overtime starting from 6.00 pm • The overtime period starts after fulfilling the 8 hours work period, not after 6.00 pm • Overtime on weekdays vs Overtime on weekend • Is there any cap of overtime claim? Can someone do overtime up until 9.00 pm, 10.00 pm, 11.00 pm, 12.00 am?

STAFF MEDICAL BENEFIT • Limit claim per month • So far, the practice is the staff can claim maximum RM 70.00 per receipt. • But we do not limit how many times the staff can claim in a month. • For example, like staff A went to the clinic for 3 times in a month, hence the staff has 3 receipts that he can use to claim from the Company - BUT IF THE MAXIMUM MEDICAL LEAVE IS 12 DAYS, THEN PER YEAR THE MAXIMUM TIME THAT CAN CLAIM IS 12 TIMES TOO • We do accept claim without medical certificate - meaning that staff do not take medical leave, but went to the clinic and claim the expenses • General outpatient treatment • Exclude dental, optical, & specialist • How to define / to determine? What is the guideline? • If only consultation fee at the specialist clinic / hospital? The staff has fever and the nearest medical centre that he can go is a specialist clinic.

CHECKTIME - ATTENDANCE ANALYSIS SOFTWARE STAFF ATTENDANCE • Attendance report • Created one for each staff and pass to them so they can check any absence and then update appropriately in the GCube - can be done on 1st working day of the month • Checktime • Great - if can produce attendance report for each staff automatically from one click rather than click and save one by one • Feature - list and compile the dates when the staff is absent (individual report) • Easier to view and to send to the individual staff • Feature - list and compile the dates when the staffs are absent (deparmental report) • More convenient when doing report for the first time; then can detect who is absent, and can approach the respective personnel • Produce in the form of graph to be more presentative - pie chart / bar chart • Feature - view leave taken by the staff in the form of bar chart / graph • Feature - view the list of people who is on duty and who is absent on this particular date • How to capture timing for Saturday attendance? • Outside meeting • Key in the system - for outside meeting / outstation
