• Our project involves constructing a
community park for the kids and the elderly
in Toronto. This is a partnership with the
local municipality and the land for
construction and the funding for this
project will be provided by the government.
The project initiation process will be started
by the 6th of June, 2022. Locals and
visitors will be able to use this park as a
child-friendly space, along with a children's
play area.

The project involves building a kid's park (hidden leaf Kids Park) for kids and grandparents with swings, rides,
and a cafeteria in the Toronto area with a budget of CAD 8,27,000 which the government will fund, whereas the

• Purpose : The Gym will help the park in generating revenue and will
attract more adults inside the park. It will help promote a healthier
lifestyle among the community.

2 super benches, 1 Leg press, 2 cycles, 1 Lat pulldown, 1

• Budget will increase
• Duration will also increase
• In short term it's going to cost more but in long term it will help
sponsors to generate good revenue
• If the change is rejected because of the budget we can reduce the
quality of the gym but we don’t recommend this.
• Or we can remove that change and follow the earlier baseline

• Thinking of cost-efficient ways to make the change in the project

14. Conclusion
• Started this project with an idea of constructing a kid's park
benefitting not only kids but also to the people who accompany
kids. Our primary concern was to be environmental friendly and also
to manifest a healthy life style to the society. This is what lead to the
change in the project of including a gym for the adults. We hope this
project would promote a healthy community building among people.
