- the Housing companies are responsible for many things: Plan renovations. Accounting Bureaucracy (or maintenance) and many more All this tasks require a lot of effort for big housing companies and Tapiolan Lämpö is helping them to make everything properly.
- For small housing companies (less than 10 apartments) the situation is slightly different. Although they have similar responsibilities, the scale is smaller, so in most cases they don’t really need whole Tapiolan Lämpö service package

- The offer from Tapiolan Lämpö doesn’t match with needs of such companies -- It is like buying On To Go coffee in a fancy restaurant. Yes, it might be delicious, but too expensive, takes too much time and even more the restaurant won’t serve you, because they don’t have On To Go cups.
- We talked with people that are taking care of small housing companies. In average it takes couple of hours per month to deal with all paperwork, beside the meeting with members of board and if there is no renovation running. These people don’t feel the problem as a migraine. They might struggle with a few difficulties in the beginning, but it become easier later.
- So small housing companies mostly can do everything by their own, it is good, isn’t it? Here comes the downside: Responsibilities. Isännöitsijä, the person who is taking care of everything usually is not a professional. So it takes a lot of time and effort to keep up with new regulations, laws that should be obeyed.
