This letter is my personal recommendation for Sebastian van der Zanden, born June 7th L993. ln the
period June 30th till August zg'h 2OL4l have been Sebastian's supervisor for two months during his
internship in our company NXP Semiconductors Netherlands B.V.
We gave Sebastian an assignment to investigate, visualize and check the logistic flows including the
financial reflection of the logistic flows of our (elobal) production.
Sebastian worked in a very systematic way to:
- first understand the Processes,
- collect information from the systems and from various employees at different levels in the
organization,
- analyze the goods flows and the financial representation of the goods flows,
- visualize the flows and the findings,
- check the outcome ofthe analyzes and
- report out to supply chain management and finance management
Sebastian executed his assignments very satisfactory with a lot of engagement and dedication.
Furthermore Sebastian is a very pleasant person to work with, has a good sense of humor and is
consistently positive towards everybody he meets.
I highly recommend Sebastian for employment. He is a good team player and would make a great asset
to any organization.
