I AND MY TEAM FINALLY INTRODUCING OUR GAME “LOST
IN THE TOWN”. THIS WOULD BE THE OPEN WORLD GAME
WHICH WILL BE SUPPORTED ON PC. THIS GAME WILL BE
IN THE FIRST PERSON AND BASED ON THE STORY. THE
PLAYER WILL PROGRESS THROUGH LEVELS WHICH
REQUIRE PRECISE MANIPULATION OF THE
ENVIRONMENT, THOUGH THE GAME
ENCOURAGES CREATIVITY AND DARING VIA
BRANCHING PATHWAYS. THE GAME WILL BE ABLE
TO RUN-ON LOW-END PC. WE WILL BE COVERING
FOLLOWING FOR DEVELOPING THE GAME:

tell stories about good overcoming evil. We
focus on positive themes like friendship,
self-sacrifice and fighting for the greater
good. And we walk the walk ourselves
through our inclusive workplace culture and

Strength
Our game will be available for free. As a
result, it will have an advantage compared to
another game which will be sold for money
and everyone will have the chance to try the
game, because it doesn’t cost. The cost of
production will be very low. Also, we will
use social media to promote our game,
something that is free.

Weaknesses
Available only for PC compared to other
games which are published for consoles
such as PS4, Xbox 1 and smartphones. As a
result, only people who play games at PC
would be able to play the game.
Limited budget. This will mean that my
game will have less promotion opportunities
compared to a video game with strong
budget. For example, our video game will
be promoted via social media something that
doesn’t cost compared to a popular game
with big budget that will be promoted on the
TV, magazines etc. As a result, it would be
more difficult for us to attract people to play
for my video game.

In case our game will be successful, we can
add advertisements within it and start
earning some money. Most of the profitable
games start like that and depending on the
resonance they have got; they start making
profit.
Threats
There are many similar game ideas with mine
on the web. As a result, we can be accused of
copyright. As a result, we must be very careful
and make sure that we won’t use assets and
ideas that any other games have.

The main reason to choose Rawalpindi is
because gaming is very active at that side.
Many gaming development companies are
in Rawalpindi. And Rawalpindi is the
neighbor of Islamabad which is the capital
of our country.

you determine the duties and responsibilities,
nature of the jobs and finally to decide
qualifications, skills and knowledge to be
required for an employee to perform job.
So, our company will apply observation
method to watch employee directly during
work.

examination conducted by company.

been convicted of any crime.

THIS GAME WILL BE IN THE FIRST PERSON AND BASED ON THE STORY. THE PLAYER WILL PROGRESS THROUGH LEVELS WHICH REQUIRE PRECISE MANIPULATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT, THOUGH THE GAME ENCOURAGES CREATIVITY AND DARING VIA BRANCHING PATHWAYS. THE GAME WILL BE ABLE TO RUN-ON LOW-END PC. WE WILL BE COVERING FOLLOWING FOR DEVELOPING THE GAME: • SINGLE PLAYER • PC BASED • STORY BASED § 0 BUGS IN THE GAME

Our games promote positive messages. We tell stories about good overcoming evil. We focus on positive themes like friendship, self-sacrifice and fighting for the greater good. As a result, it will have an advantage compared to another game which will be sold for money and everyone will have the chance to try the game, because it doesn’t cost. The cost of production will be very low. Also, we will use social media to promote our game, something that is free.
  • 5. Swot Analysis Weaknesses Available only for PC compared to other games which are published for consoles such as PS4, Xbox 1 and smartphones. As a result, only people who play games at PC would be able to play the game. Limited budget. This will mean that my game will have less promotion opportunities compared to a video game with strong budget. For example, our video game will be promoted via social media something that doesn’t cost compared to a popular game with big budget that will be promoted on the TV, magazines etc. As a result, it would be more difficult for us to attract people to play for my video game.
  • 6. Swot Analysis Opportunities In case our game will be successful, we can add advertisements within it and start earning some money. Most of the profitable games start like that and depending on the resonance they have got; they start making profit. Threats There are many similar game ideas with mine on the web. As a result, we can be accused of copyright. As a result, we must be very careful and make sure that we won’t use assets and ideas that any other games have.

So, our company will apply observation method to watch employee directly during work.

Interviews Interview will be conducted by the organization to check the competency of employees.
