 Membership is rolling 
 All potential members must register and view 
this presentation followed by completing the 
membership application 
 Membership term: annual 
 1st three months of membership = trial 
period to determine whether or not this 
organization meets your expectations. 
 Annual dues are based on membership tier; 
begins after the trial period; used for 
administrative costs, subsidize the cost of a 
member’s annual trip, fund activities/events, 
website creation and maintenance, etc. 
 Includes cost of BondGirls, Inc t-shirt 
 Daughters must be of school age

Committees 
 All committee members must be in good 
standing with BondGirls, Inc. (current dues, 
actively participate, etc.) 
 Committee member term: 1 year 
commitment for up to 3 consecutive terms 
 Each committee will nominate a Manager 
who is responsible for communicating with the 
Leadership team 
 A maximum of 10 women (mothers or 
daughters 18+) per committee 
 Manager determines committee rules 
 Committees:

 Sub-committee: girls ages 13-17 who want 
to join a committee and provide input; 
maximum of 10 girls (2 per committee); 6

Committees: Membership 
 To assist in recruiting and renewing members ensuring a diverse membership pool 
 Respond to disgruntled members’ calls and solicit feedback for improvement with 
input from Leadership Team 
 Contact delinquent members prior to cancellation and encourage them to renew 
 Greet and introduce new members and prospective members at meetings 
 Host membership open house/meeting for prospective members 
 Identify new member benefits and services that are needed based on member 
feedback collected, as well as enhancements to existing member benefits. 
 Create and maintain member database 
Work collaboratively with all other committees
Committees: Fundraising 
 Maintain shared fundraising calendar to include goals; track goal progress 
 Develop and maintain relationships with donors and funders and develop strategies to 
cultivate/strengthen those relationships 
 Develop relationships with corporate sponsors; devise sponsorship packages 
Work with Finance Committee to determine annual budget 
 Plan and execute fundraising and friend-raising events 
 Maintain contact database 
Work collaboratively with all other committees

 To provide financial oversight for the organization

 Develop useful and readable report formats

 To maintain a positive image of the organization in the community by planning for and 
monitoring public relations and publicity activities 
 Create and promote a brand platform for BondGirls, Inc. (Vision, Image, Message)

 Form positive working relationships with media outlets: tv, radio, paper, online 
 Maintain website, meetup, facebook, and all other social media 
 Plan year round PR program 
 Draft and release press releases and policy statements 
Work collaboratively with all other committees

 To ensure a program of diverse events/activities serving the recreational needs of the 
membership 
 Create a full activity calendar 
 Coordinate the scheduling of activities to minimize potential conflicts 
 Scout and secure venues for all events/activities and BondGirl-cations 
 Maintain working relationship with travel agents, hotel staff, tour operators, etc. for 
annual BondGirl-cations
