• Inclusive education means that all students are
welcomed by ALL schools in age-appropriate,
regular classes and are supported to learn,
contribute and participate in all aspects of the
wider learning community.
STEPS TO INCLUSION
• Set up a team of specialized staff
• Evaluate the existing school environment
• Offer in-service trainings
• Support classroom teachers
• Implement individualized educational plans or minor
adjustments to the present accommodations
• Monitor continuous progress
• Enlighten the students about the philosophy of
inclusion
• Develop empathy and tolerance towards each other.
• Bring the learning community together.
