ASG London opened in 2004 as a sole trading company by the name of SK Lifts & Engineering, after
trading for almost two years, SK Lifts became a Limited company.
During this time SK Lifts worked with ASG Berlin; a Lift Installation company located in Germany.
ASG Berlin supplied engineers when SK’s own labour force was not enough to manage the
increasing number of contracts agreed.
This was a good mix, for both companies, however during this time ASG Berlin was suffering
financial obstacles from previous years due to the economic climate in Germany.

        ASG Berlin ASG London
Although SK Lifts provided ASG Berlin
with a large quantity of contracts, these
were not enough, and ASG Berlin was on
the brink of Foreclosure.
SK Lifts had a decision to make; were
they stable enough to purchase ASG
Berlin, keeping them from foreclosure,
whilst at the same time maintaining
their own financial stability?
                                                               Hamburg
It was decided that ASG Berlin would be
completely purchased by Mr. Ahmet
Kusderci, and continue to work with SK London
Lifts & Engineering. Algeria
To keep continuity SK Lifts changed it’s
name to ASG London.
                                                      Berlin
ASG Berlin and ASG London are owned solely by Mr. Ahmet Kusderci and Mrs. Sophia Kusderci.
Both companies run independently of each other, however at the same time offer assistance with labour when
necessary.

Ahmet & Sophia work together in
   their business.
   Ahmet manages the engineering side
   of the business, whilst Sophia
   manages the administrative and
   Health & Safety side, this
arrangement works well for both of
   them.
Sophia became involved in the lift
industry in 2004, previous to this she
worked in Finance & Law in both
   Canada and the UK.
Mr. Ahmet Kusderci
Mr. Ahmet Kusderci has worked in the Lift
industry for over 20 years, initially as a
         Lift Engineer with Thyssen Krupp
         Germany, and eventually transferring to
         ThyssenKrupp UK in 2000.
         During his time with ThyssenKrupp
         Germany Mr. Kusderci worked in
Indonesia as Supervisor for over a year.
His vast experience has provided him with
the knowledge to sort out problems that
         may seem beyond repair.
His background as an Electrician enables
him to work on all aspects of the lift with
ease and confidence; his years of
experience provides him with an almost
         unlimited amount of learning and
         knowledge.
In the past 20 years, Mr. Kusderci has
         expanded his portfolio to include
         testing/commissioning as well as
         consulting outside of the UK.
This past year he has travelled to Oman
on numerous occasions as well as Algeria,
and France to provide testing for an ever
growing portfolio of companies that seek
him out based solely on his reputation in
         the Lift Industry.
ASG’s office in London is overseen by Mrs. Kusderci with the
assistance of Gabriele Hedwig, Julia Boniferro, and Nigel
Lewis who manages the accounting department. ASG
London’s team work well together, and are able to assist each
other when necessary to ensure the day to day operations
run smoothly. Miss Hedwig’s vast experience allows her to
provide all the necessary requirements for booking and
managing all of ASG London's engineers needs.
ASG Berlin’s branch is overseen by Mr. Thomas
Fischer and Mr. Andre Blazejewski.
Mr. Fischer is the branch Director; Mr. Blazejewski
manages the accounting and administrative
department of this branch. Mr. Fischer’s extensive
experience in the lift industry allows him the
confidence to manage meetings and incoming
projects in Germany whilst Mr. Kusderci is not in
attendance. Mr. Fischer and Mr. Kusderci have daily
phone conferences to keep abreast of all new
developments within both companies.
ASG Istanbul was successfully opened as of July
2009. Our Director of Istanbul is Oguz
Kusderci, who brings with him years of experience in
Managing International Organisations. Oguz
Kusderci speaks fluent Turkish, German and
English, enabling him to handle most issues within
this branch. Oguz Kusderci has experience in all
aspects of customer relations and International
Business imports and exports, which we feel will be
a definite asset to ASG Istanbul’s growth.

ASG will continue to grow and expand their
branches, allowing overall stability to all ASG
locations. In the event that one branch is
slower, manpower can be moved around to
compensate where another branch has a higher
work load.

Since purchasing ASG Berlin this branch of ASG
has shown a substantial profit, and paid off all
outstanding debts.
                                                                 QAH -UK
Berlin now has a staff of over 25 that is gradually
increasing to compensate the growing number of
contracts obtained by ASG Berlin.

As a result of the ever increasing demand to provide
engineers to these Middle Eastern areas, the logical
solution was to open the next ASG branch in
Istanbul, this will allow us to provide engineers
much easier than outsourcing from our London or
Berlin branches.
