This document outlines an agenda for a Leadership Day event on Team Minimums. It will present the key elements of each minimum, discuss how they relate to high quality experiences, and share team experiences implementing the minimums. Attendees will reflect on their views of each minimum and how it impacts their work. The event aims to raise ideas for new approaches and identify gaps between ideal and actual practice. Participants will discuss what leaders and the Talent Management Team can do to ensure the minimums are met. Groups will present cases showing gaps related to minimums for discussion.
