This document discusses a research study examining the effect of different types of orthoses on recovery from lower limb injuries in runners. The study aims to determine which orthotic treatment helps runners recover most quickly. Participants with lower limb injuries will be randomly assigned to one of three groups receiving different orthoses. Outcome measures like pain, return to activity, and gait analysis will help assess which orthotic provides the best biomechanical alignment and fastest recovery. The results could guide practitioners on which orthosis to prescribe for specific running injuries.
