This document discusses human cloning from various perspectives, including religious, social, and scientific views. From an Islamic perspective, human cloning is considered haram or forbidden for several reasons. It violates the natural human reproductive process which requires a legal marriage between a man and woman. Cloned children would not have a biological father. Several Islamic scholars and organizations, including MUI, have issued fatwas against human cloning, stating it should be prohibited. While science views humans as animals, religions see humans as having a special status appointed by God as leaders.

PERSPECTIVE
Human in religion perspective and science perspective have
fundamental differences, in science human is same like
animal, human classification according to the biological
sciences included into the animal kingdom.
While human beings are religious judge of its own and
became caliph or leader of universe. according to Darwin's
evolution theory human is the reasult evolution of apes,
while Christianity and Islam considers that man is a creature
from the beginning of its creation has been like that until
now, because according to the teachings Islamic religion and
Christianity Adam and Eve were the ancestors of humans

man is not a result of the evolution of apes. In
religious teachings and law.reproduce of human
process starts from a valid marriage, and marriage is
a bond and unseen man and woman as usband and
wife by law (Act). If viewed from the cloning
process itself clear that it was contrary to the
requirements of human reproduce process because
the cloning process is not carried out without a legal
marriage and done without having sex.

nations and tribes that ye may know one another. Lo! the noblest of you, in the

Narrated by Ibn Majah from Ibn Abbas
RA, that the Prophet SAW has said:
"Whoever connects nasab (descent) to
someone who is not his father, or a (slave)
man's land to other than the master, then
he will get the curse of Allah, the Angels
and the whole man “.

not memunyai father. Son of product cloning if it resulted from the
transfer of the egg which has been merged with the nucleus of
body cells into the uterus of women who are not owners of the
egg, nor will memunyai mother because the uterus of women who
become a transfer of the egg is only a container (mediator) ,
Therefore, this condition is indeed contrary to the word of Allah :.
