• Es detecta un grau de satisfacció elevat amb els menús proposats per Casolem
durant el curs 2014-15 (7,2 de nota mitjana).
• En general les quantitats de cada un dels aliments proposats es consideren
correctes. Amb tot hi ha un nombre significatiu de participants que opinen que:
‒ Es dona massa carn vermella.
‒ Caldria augmentar la quantitat de peix.
‒ Caldria augmentar la quantitat de fruits secs i fruita seca.
• Es detecta un interès marcat en incorporar certs ingredients nous als menús:
‒ Particularment pà integral però també espelta i civada.
• Els horaris de dinar es consideren correctes de manera molt majoritària.
• Es detecta una falta d’informació sobre les activitats realitzades a l’espai migdia.
• El preu de les mensualitats es considera correcte que segueixi sent prorratejat, tot i
que els l’opció “proporcional als dies lectius” s’acosta molt al 50%.
