Bob Chapman serves as Vice President of
Design & Consulting Services of Premier
Parking, with his primary focus on being a
resource to our clients for their parking needs
in development and on-going improvement
of their parking assets. His experience from
both design and real world operations allows
him to draw from “lessons learned” in all
aspects of parking development and to pass
this knowledge along to our clients.
Prior to joining Premier, Bob served as a
Principal for several large engineering firms
that specialize in parking development.
During this time, he became widely
acknowledged in the real estate industry as
one of the world’s leading parking experts.
Throughout his 30-year parking career, Bob
has had impact in all phases of parking
development from initial concept plans to
the potential improvement of an existing
facility’s operation. His recommendations
have led to more efficient operations, better
customer understanding and service, and
most importantly, the best financial return
for our clients.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Bob has consulted on projects across the
world, ranging from Barcelona, Spain to
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. His expertise was
sought out by Urban Land Institute and
National Parking Association in 2007 to co-
author several chapters of their combined
publication, Dimensions in Parking. Elected
to the Parking Consultants Council (PCC) of
the National Parking Association in 2007,
Bob has been involved in the development of
multiple PCC publications.
