DISCUSSION
Howdidyoufeelintheproject?Didyoulearnanythingintheproject?Whatwasyour
experience? Are you going to use this newly acquired knowledge in the classroom
with students? Are the values of the school, family, community represented in your
school work and where they reflect?
The project addresses something that everyone should think about - values. Values
in school, family, community. Being part of this project made me think even more
about them - what are the values? what are my values? do i want to add any value
to the list of my values? what’s the most important for me?
While preparing the workshop I was thinking quite a lot about the values, especially
when I was preparing the inspiration cards. In the preparation phase I actively in-
volved also the students from Architectural class - they also decided which values
should be written on inspiration cards. The workshop was prepared as the intensive
work in the groups of students from different countries from all around the world.
Value cards and inspiration cards were prepared to stimulate students to think about
their values even more and to create the mosaic of values.
The experience was great. Students were hard working, enthusiastic, and they came
up with nice ideas.
It was a pleasure to be part of this project. I always like to get new challenges, new
topics, to be creative and work with the students. Moreover, the professional team
preparing Erasmus+ program was amazing - all the people were nice and full of
positive energy.
Not only the students, also I learned something in the project - how to guide a work-
shop for the students from all around the world, and especially how to motivate
them and engage in the process. Lessons learned will definitely help me in my fu-
ture career, in the gymnasium or at the faculty.
The values of the school, family, community are represented also in my school work
and professional work, for example you can not work with anyone if there is no hon-
esty, respect and patience. In Architectural class at the gymnasium I’m stimulating
students to be creative, and patient to each other. I’m stimulating especially inno-
vation, commitment and cooperation - I believe team working is really important for
their career.
Moreover, in my future work I will definitely repeat the workshop - I think this topic
could be used for community building actions, public participation, and it could help
me by designing urban spaces or creating architecture. It’s important to understand
which values are important to someone, because values definitely define the archi-
tecture and urban design too.
