This document discusses predictive coding 2.0 as an improved method for e-discovery. Predictive coding 1.0 had limitations in dealing with incomplete document collections and changing issues and concept relationships over time. Predictive coding 2.0 utilizes a flexible analytics framework based on bipartite graphs that is aware of changes in the document corpus and coding to enable continuous assessment of cases. This dynamic approach allows for better decision making as more documents and coding information become available. The document provides examples of how predictive coding 2.0 could be applied to different e-discovery scenarios.
