A woman filed a complaint with the police station against a man named Yoganter Ballal for harassing and humiliating her and her family after she refused to marry him. The woman's parents had initially discussed a potential marriage between her and Ballal, but did not find him to be a compatible match after reviewing their horoscopes. Despite being told the woman was not interested, Ballal has twice visited her house uninvited and is pressuring her to meet with him. The woman is requesting the police take punitive action against Ballal to stop the harassment.

The complainant an unmarried lady brings to your kind
information the following hard facts qua unsolicited
harassment being meted out to her at the hands of the
above said accused & solicits your kind intervention in
the matter to redress her genuine grievances:
1~The complainant having attained the age of puberty
her parents started scouting a suitable marital match
for her as she is a M.B.A.
2~The search of her parents ended with the accused
Yogantar Ballal as the prospective bridegroom & during
the initial discussion about the families’ status,
educational background of the bridegroom as well as the
status of his mother Yogaprabha, but as the horoscopes
of the complainant & Yogantar Balla did not match with
each other & as the parents of the complainant did not
find him a compatible match, therefore, they plainly
told him & his mother Mrs. Yogaprabha that they are not
interested in moving further in marital relationship,
however, to the shock of the complainant & her parents,
after initially lying low the accused has started
harassing & humiliating the complainant & her parents &

2. has twice visited their house & is pressing to meet the
complainant despite the fact that she has herself
refused to tie the knot with him.
3~There is no reason for the accused to harass &
humiliate the complainant & her parents but he is hell
bent to cause more & more humiliation to them for no
provocation.
4~The complainant & her parents have requested the
accused to avoid their further harassment but he has
threatened with dire consequences for refusing to tie
the marital knot of the complainant with him.
In the light of the above facts, you are
humbly requested to take appropriate punitive steps
against Yoganter Ballal s/o Mrs. Yogaprabha, r/o 17,C-
1, HERMES HERITAGE, Phase-2, Yerawada, PUNE
