This writ petition has been filed challenging FIR registered at case Crime No.0611 of 2017, under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C., Police Station Kamrauli, District Amethi. Issue notice to respondent no.4 returnable at an early date. Steps be taken with a week. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been compelled to approach this court at present due to harassment by the police after invocation of Uttar Prdesh Prohibition of Unlawful Religious Conversion Ordinance, 2020. Petitioner nos.1 and 2 have married out of their own sweet will three years back and they are living peacefully and enjoying their matrimonial life. They also have one child aged one and a half year.
