2. As per its vision and mission, the organization is working
for employment generation of rural as well as urban
people under Project name “PRAYAS”. As part of this we
are working on the training of employability skills
through which our people can manufacture various
materials of daily uses at their place and can be marketed
in local. We have tie-up with Gyandeep Industries to
provide you the marketing support also. The various
courses offered by Patli Urbanocrats are as follows:
1. Incense Stick Manufacturing
Detail: The participants would be taught how to make the
incense stick in low cost setup with certificate from our
organization. This would be followed by intensive
practice to ensure the participants learn the right method
and gain confidence in the technique to continue setting
up of their own manufacturing unit for which we will
continuously provide support to the rural entrepreneur.
2. Detergent Powder
Detail: This training would be providing technical support
along with raw material for production of Detergent powders
to the members and inspiring them to be enterprising and
financially self-reliant. During this program the participants
would be taught the science behind detergents and would
later undergo rigorous practice to master the art of this trade.
3. Hand Wash
Detail: To promote the habit of Hand Washing and maintain
cleanliness to decrease the cases of diarrhoea and to ensure
the sufficient availability of proper hand wash, proper course
was developed in Hand wash manufacturing . Along with
helping children save from infectious disease the participants
would be able to earn to be financially independent and
enterprising.
4. Shampoo
Detail: Shampoo is personal care item for hair wash. Its
demand in rural market is very high. Proper training in using
the chemicals and manufacturing shampoo efficiently would
equip the participants to earn themselves a handsome
income.
5. Glass Cleaner
Detail: Glass Cleaning Liquid are one of the household
products which are high in demand in market and proper
training and skills taught in this program can indeed help the
participants to manufacture it and our aim to help the society
in gaining self-reliance.
6. Handmade Soap
Detail: Handmade soap is in major demand at various
retail outlets in urban area.
7. Floor Cleaner
Detail: Floor cleaner is commonly used disinfectant for
cleaning floors in homes, school & hospitals. Hence
demand of this product is very high in market either it is
urban or rural area.
8. Toilet Cleaner
Detail: Acid is one of the commonly used toilet cleaner
which is harmful for a person due to its acidic content.
We are providing training in safe material making for
toilet cleaning.
9. Paper Craft
Detail: In current scenario of market, handmade
decorated items are very much in demand even paper is
considered as environment friendly materials as it don’t
pollute the environment. We are providing the paper
craft training for making various items out of paper
available in market as well as to utilize scraps.
10. Sales/Marketing
Detail: In current market scenario, the trained
professionals are very less. We educate people in
marketing to provide the market linkage to the various
manufacturer and companies in Bihar.
