6. Patli Urbanocrats Training Topic
In this project, we are providing the training of manufacturing process of FMCG (Fast
Moving Consumer Goods) like Incense Stick, Detergent Powder, Floor Cleaner, Hand wash
etc. These processes are designed in such a way that in a group it can be safely
manufactured. This training is not only to provide manufacturing process but also to learn
about history, compositions, entrepreneurship, market, economics, packaging, sales in
easiest way to the rural or urban people.

7. Patli Urbanocrats Why FMCG manufacturing
These products are of high consumption due to daily use in anyone’s home, offices etc.
Due to high consumption the demand is always there in market. Hence such items need
to be manufactured on regular way. This results in constant manufacturing engaging
group people. Since these product are of high demand hence marketing of such product
is always easier in local market. This cause a regular income for the group making them
more sustainable and of good earning with respect.

In this project, training is the only cost which has to be governed by either trainee or
partner organization. After that they manufacture the items in local. Due to local
manufacturing they get the following advantage over other brand:
1. Less transportation Cost
2. Less machine cost
3. Less Supply Channel
Due to this the cost of finish product result in cheaper price than competitive products in
market hence the profit margin increases for both manufacturer group as well as
retailers. Due to this the retailer push the product in market very easily. So it becomes
very easy to sell the product and get profit out of it.
