Back door assembly for many OEM clients like Daimler, Mahindra Reva, Toyoda
Gosei, Bosch, GE,Wipro, etc..,
Model Simulation The developed fixture will be simulated to find out the resonance of the structure
and optimised to meet the customer specifications. Some of the typical projects
are Lambda sensor bracket, Slipping.
Product Testing The testing products had been subjected to various Environmental Conditions like
Vibration tests, Natural Frequency test, Hot, Cold & Humidity tests, Thermal
Shock, Damp heat , Ingress Protection tests, Ozone test, Altitude test, Cyclic
Corrosion tests, Noise test, Tensile and Compression tests, etc., and durability,
endurance, performance of that product will be determined.
Inspection The Quality Report is generated for the conducted test by carefully reviewing the
products before and after the completion of the tests through various measuring
instruments.
