Manual exposure allows the user to set shutter speed, ISO, aperture, and other settings, while automatic exposure uses default camera settings that

There are several ways to analyze a film, including genre analysis, auteur theory, and Lacey's repertoire of elements. 2. What is copyright and what does
it protect?
Copy right is a law, which prevents people from
stealing/taking or copying of print, published
writing, a film, recorded literacy, an artistry or
musical material. It gives the owner a legal right
to their work. By copyrighting, it protects the
work, the owner and secures the material. It
also makes it illegal for people to use your
material without permission or for people to
copy it. By creating a piece of work, you
automatically own the rights to it. An example
of this, is Bob Marley and his song, ‘No Woman,
No Cry’. Originally this song belong to him,
therefore he owned the copyright, but he
changed the copyright to the owner being a
friends soup kitchen, so every royalty that the
song collected, it went to the soup kitchen to
keep it running, therefore he donated the
copyright to a friend which is not illegal.
3. Copyright Hub is a website which allows you to find out if an image is
copyrighted, and if it is, who owns the rights to it. It is a website which
also allows you to get legal permission to use someone’s else material. It
also explains copyright and ways of getting around it.
They give you three main options on the homepage the first one is if you
want to find out about copyright the second is if you want to get
permission to use text, images, music or video and the third is if you want
to get protection for you work. It also gives you options of what you want
to find the owner of such as images, text and other multimedia. I used
this website to find out the owner of my image that I used on my front
cover of my magazine. During this process, it gives you options of what
you would like to do with your image.

What are the organisations that you can contact to gain access to use images legally?
To get images legally, there are several ways of contacting an owner to do this. The British
Association of Picture Libraries and Agencies (BAPLA) help you locate the license that is created
to your standards once you’ve found an image. Getty images allows you to search through their
website to find an image using keywords to find it faster. The British Broadcasting Corporation
(BBC) is a system where a fee is paid during a business-to-business service where a copyrighted
image can be used for editorial, digital or print use. The Design and Artists Copyright Service
(DACS), is an organisation where you can reproduce the work of an artist by contacting them in
various ways, direct to them.
4. The image of the 57th Grammy’s logo, is
licensed and copyrighted by the
Grammy Awards themselves. There
have been several logos through out the
years as each event, is a different year
and therefore the number changes on
the logo. The 57th Grammy logo is from
February 2015, therefore it was the 57th
event by the Grammy’s. To get
permission of this logo, I would have to
contact the Grammy Awards directly to
get license to use their material.
Grammy’s Legal Terms of Service
This is website which I got this logo from, I
