Spiritual Leadership
Leadership that utilizes social interaction,
self-example, caring and applies divine
values and characteristics to improve,
innovate, influence and mobilize goals,
organizational culture and leadership
behavior.
Islamic Value
Islamic values are a component of Islamic
teachings that are important for humans
because they regulate relationships with
Allah SWT, fellow humans, and even
with nature.
Self-Efficacy
A person's deeply held beliefs are
known as self-efficacy about their
abilities, the results of their efforts, and
can influence a person's behavior. Self-
efficacy is the conviction that one can
carry out their obligations to achieve
common goals
Employee Work Productivity
A person's ability to produce products
or services is known as work
productivity after processing existing
resources with the employee's abilities.

• Ha1 : There is a significant relationship between spiritual
leadership and employee work productivity.
• Ho1 : There is no significant relationship between spiritual
leadership and employee work productivity.

• Ha2 : There is a significant relationship between Islamic values
and employee work productivity.
• Ho2 : There is no significant relationship between Islamic
values and employee work productivity.

Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test
 The constant (a) = -6,185 shows that if the independent
variable (X1,X2,X3) does not exist or is in a constant state =
0, then Employee Work Productivity will reach -6,185.
 The coefficient value of Spiritual Leadership ( 𝛽1 ) = 0,418
which shows that this variable has a positive effect on
Employee Work Productivity.
 The coefficient value of Islamic Values ( 𝛽2 ) = 0,924 which
shows that this variable has a positive effect on Employee
Work Productivity.
• The coefficient value of Self-Efficacy 𝛽3 = 0,844 which
shows that this variable has a positive effect on Employee
Work Productivity.

Partial T Test
1. The Influence of Spiritual Leadership on the Work Productivity of UNIDA Business Unit Employees
It is known that the Sig value. for the influence of X1 (partial) on Y is 0,003 < 0,05 and the calculated t count is 3,136 > 2,028
so it can be concluded that if Ha1 is accepted.
1. The Influence of Islamic Values on the Work Productivity of UNIDA Business Unit Employees
It is known that the Sig value. for the influence of X2 (partial) on Y it is 0,000 < 0,05 and the calculated t count is 4,099 >
2,028 so it can be concluded that if Ha2 is accepted.
1. The Influence of Self-Efficacy on the Work Productivity of UNIDA Business Unit Employees
It is known that the Sig value. for the influence of X3 (partial) on Y is 0,006 < 0,05 and the calculated t count is 2,942 > 2,028
so it can be concluded that if Ha3 is accepted.

Simultant F Test
Based on the table above, we know that the Sig. for the influence of variables X1, X2, and
X3 simultaneously on Y is 0,000 < 0,05 and the calculated F count is 37,370 > F table
2,86. So we can conclude that the variables Spiritual Leadership, Islamic Values, and Self-
Efficacy simultaneously have a significant influence on the work productivity variable.

The table above shows that R Square (R2
) is 0,757; which means that Spiritual
Leadership, Islamic Values, and Self-Efficacy are simultaneously able to influence
the Work Productivity of UNIDA Business Unit Employees by 76% with the
remaining 24% being influenced by factors. others outside this research.

Discussion
1. The significant value obtained was 0.003, which was smaller than
0.05 and the value (T count) 3.136 > (T table) 2.028. Spiritual
leadership has a effect on the Work Productivity of Employees
UNIDA Business Unit (Aquino:2020).
2. The significant value obtained was 0.000, which was smaller than
0.05 and the value (T count) 4.099 > (T table) 2.028. Islamic Value
has a effect on the Work Productivity of UNIDA Business Unit
Employees.
3. The significant value obtained was 0.006, which was smaller than
0.05 and the value (T count) 2.942 > (T table) 2.028. Self Efficacy
has a effect on the Work Productivity of UNIDA Business Unit
Employees (Michael Ananda et al:2019).

Conclusion
1. Spiritual leadership has a positive effect on the Work Productivity
of UNIDA Business Unit Employees. If Spiritual Leadership
increases so the Work Productivity of UNIDA Business Unit
Employees will increase
2. Islamic Value has a positive effect on the Work Productivity of
UNIDA Business Unit Employees. If Islamic Value increases so
the Work Productivity of UNIDA Business Unit Employees will
increase
3. Self Efficacy has a positive effect on the Work Productivity of
UNIDA Business Unit Employees. If Self Efficacy increases so the
Work Productivity of UNIDA Business Unit Employees will
increase

Recommendation
1. It is recommended for future research its possible to examine
related variables in scope of causality and correlation to
independent and dependent variables in this research.
2. It is recommended that in future research use different
research subjects.

Research Background The UNIDA Business Unit is a part that has an important role in the economic sector at Darussalam Gontor University, adopting the same leadership style and values as the Darussalam Gontor Modern Islamic Boarding School. Therefore, special attention is needed to increase employee w ork productivity​ Spiritual L eadership E m p l o ye e W o r k P r o d u c t i v i t y Islamic Value E m p l o ye e W o r k P r o d u c t i v i t y Self E fficacy E m p l o ye e W o r k P r o d u c t i v i t y • Spiritual leadership instills spirituality in the work environment which increases productivity, efficiency, emotional exhaustion, and more (Aquino et.al : 2020, Ojak Manur u ng : 2020, etc) (Dede Rosyada et.al : 2018) (Mich ael Ananda et.al : 2019, Kinanti et.al : 2018, etc) • High adaptive abilities in carrying out their obligations and while maintaining self-productivity at work • Applying Islamic values to employees, companies can increase productivity and moral values in employees, and if existing human resources are not managed well it can harm the company

Self-Efficacy A person's deeply held beliefs are known as self-efficacy about their abilities, the results of their efforts, and can influence a person's behavior. Self- efficacy is the conviction that one can carry out their obligations to achieve common goals Employee Work Productivity A person's ability to produce products or services is known as work productivity after processing existing resources with the employee's abilities.
