PPT on topic force. Presented by Rajveer Jain. In this PPT we talk about different type of Force and also learned their meaning and examples. Also, Their is many related pictures . So, I request you if the PPT is good please like it. "THANK YOU"
3. Push or pull of an object is considered
a force. Push and pull come from the
objects interacting with one another.
Terms like stretch and squeeze can
also be used to denote force. Force is
an external agent capable of
changing the state of rest or motion
of a particular body. It has a
magnitude and a direction.The
direction towards which the force is
applied is known as the direction of
the force and the application of force
is the point where force is applied.
4. There are two main type of force :-
1) Contact Force
2) Non – Contact force
Contact force are two type:-
1) Muscular Force
2) Frictional Force
Non – Contact force are three type:-
1) Magnetic Force
2) Eletrostatic Force
3) Gravitational Force
5. Contact force is a force that is applied by
objects in contact with each other. The
contact force acts on a point of direct
contact between the two objects. This force
can either be continuous as a continuous
force. Contact force is governed
by Newton’s Laws. Contact force is
responsible for most of the interactions we
experience in daily life. Pushing a car up the
hill, writing your name with a pen, or picking
up a textbook from the table are all
examples of contact force, and they are also
examples of continuous force. On the other
hand, hammering a nail, kicking a ball, etc.
6. Muscular power is the power applied utilizing
portions of the body like arms or legs. It is a force
that results because of the action of muscles and
is a contact force since there is contact between
the surfaces. Muscular force is required whenever
the movement of the body occurs. Strolling,
lifting, getting up from a seat, crossing a leg, and
so on all require muscular force. Muscular force is
the force that is created through the use
of muscles. Muscular force happens as a result
of muscle contraction which pull to create
movement. The force applied with the help
of muscles is called muscular force.
7. Friction is the force that resists
motion when the surface of one
object comes in contact with the
surface of another.The mechanical
advantage of a machine is reduced by
friction, or in other words, the ratio of
output to input is reduced because of
friction. An automobile uses one-
quarter of its energy on limiting the
friction.Yet, it is also friction in the
tires that allows the car to stay on the
road and friction in the clutch that
makes it possible to drive.
8. A non-contact force is a force applied to an object
by another body that is not in direct contact with
it. Non-contact forces come into play when
objects do not have physical contact between
them or when a force is applied without any
interaction. Example of non – contact force are
An apple falling down from a tree, Iron pins
attracted in the presence of a magnet bar
without any physical contact,The charging of the
hair and attraction of paper bits towards it , etc.
9. Magnetic force, attraction or repulsion that
arises between electrically charged particles
because of their motion. It is the basic
force responsible for such effects as the
action of electric motors and the attraction
of magnets for iron. Electric forces exist
among stationary electric charges; both
electric and magnetic forces exist among
moving electric charges.The
magnetic force between two moving charges
may be described as the effect exerted upon
either charge by a magnetic field created by
the other.
10. The force between electric charges is
called electrostatic force. If we rub a
plastic object like a pen, comb, or CD
with hair and bring it close to tiny bits of
paper, the bits of paper get attracted to
the plastic object. This is due to
electrostatic force.Tiny particles of dust
and smoke can also be attracted by
electrostatic force.This method is used
in electric air purifiers and in factories to
purify air in chimneys before letting it
escape into the atmosphere.
11. Friction is the force that resists motion when
the surface of one object comes in contact
with the surface of another. The mechanical
advantage of a machine is reduced by friction,
or in other words, the ratio of output to input
is reduced because of friction. An automobile
uses one-quarter of its energy on limiting the
friction.Yet, it is also friction in the tires that
allows the car to stay on the road and friction
in the clutch that makes it possible to drive.
From matches to machines to molecular
structures, friction is one of the most
significant phenomena in the physical world.
12. I would like to express my special thanks to my brother who
helped me in doing a lot of research and for completing the
project. I come to know about so many new things.
I new really thankful to them.
Secondly I would also like thank my friends who helped me a
lot in finishing this project within the limited .
It helped me increase my knowledge and skills.
THANKS AGAIN TO ALL
