1. Before cooking beef ribs that melt in your
mouth, you have to find good beef ribs that taste
good.
2. Remove the thin white layer of meat.
3. Marinate the ribs overnight with fresh-squeezed
lime juice, olive oil, fresh-minced garlic and
pepper in the refrigerator.
12. 4. Fire up the BBQ grill and cook the beef ribs on each
side for about four minutes.
Be careful when transferring the ribs from the slow
cooker to the BBQ grill. They will be so tender that they
almost fall apart.

evenly.
