4. Grand Theory
Human Resource Management (HRM) is a part of management that
controls people and deals with people directly, whereas
management also deals with marketing, management information
systems, production, research and development, accounting and
finance. Because the goal of human resource management is to
improve people's productive contributions in their workplace, so it is
linked to all other parts of management (Stone et al., 2020).
6. Research Model and Hyphotesis
H1: Training and development program has a significant effect towards employees’ performance
H2: Working culture has a significant effect towards employee’s performance
H3: Leadership has a significant effect towards employee’s performance
7. Research Method
Research Type : Quantitative Research
Population and Sample : Enumurated sampling with all employees as the respondents
Data Types : Primary Data = Gathered from questionnaires’ answers
Measurement Scale : Likert Scale
Collection Method : Google form online questionnaire
Data Hypothesis and Testing : Descriptive Statistic Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, T-
Test, F-Test (Stimulant Significant Test), Coefficient Correlation and Coefficient
Determination Test, Classical Assumption Test
Validity and Reliability Test : Validity Test = Pearson Correlation Analysis , Reliability Test =
Cronbach Alpha
8. Research Result
r calculated value of each
statement item is more than r
table (0.226) and the
significance is less than 0.05,
therefore the conclusion that all
statement items are valid for use
in the research.
In the reliability test above, the
Cronbach Alpha value for each
variable is more than 0.70, so it
can be concluded that all
variables are reliable
9. Descriptive Statistic
Based on the table it can be seen that most of the respondents agree with the
statement of first indicator (Mean = 4,05) where the employees feel they are
able to achieve the target set by the company
Based on the table it can be seen that most of the respondents agree with the
statement of third indicator (Mean = 3,90) where the employees feel like the time
needed to comprehend skill they got from the training and development
program is relatively short.
Based on the table it can be seen that most of the respondents agree with the
statement of fourth indicator (Mean = 3,92) where the employees feel their work
is recognized in this company
Based on the table it can be seen that most of the respondents agree with the
statement of second indicator (Mean = 4,02) where the employees feel like that
the leader in the company have high motivation
10. Classical Assumption Test
the normality test above shows a significance value (sig) of 0.200 more
than α (0.05), therefore that the residual data is normally distributed
the linearity test above shows the significance value (sig) of each
independent variable is greater than α (0.05), it is concluded that the
independent variables have a linear relationship to the dependent
variable
the heteroscedasticity test above shows that the significance value (sig)
of each independent variable is greater than α (0.05), therefore it is
concluded that there is no heteroscedasticity in the residual data
multicollinearity test above shows the VIF value of each independent
variable is less than 10, therefore it is concluded that there is no
multicollinearity in the independent variables
11. Hypothesis Test
the f test above shows a significance value (sig) of 0.000 less than α (0.05), therefore a
decision is obtained that the multiple linear regression model formed is appropriate to
explain the effect of the Training and Development Program variable , Working Culture
and Leadership on Employee Performance variables
the t test above shows a significance value (sig) of 0.000 less than α (0.05), therefore a
decision is obtained that partially Training and Development Program variable , Working
Culture and Leadership on Employee Performance variables
Employee Performance= 3,037+0,365 Training and Development Program
+0.271 Working Culture + 0.028 Leadership
determination above shows an R Square value of 0.488, therefore it can be concluded that the
Training and Development Program, Working Culture and Leadership variables are able to influence
the Employee Performance variable by 48.8% while the remaining 51.2% of the Employee
Performance variable is influenced by other variables outside of this study
12. Research Result
