Bhavnagar in information technology field.
I met sir S.B.Patel and requested for interview and he ready for it
I asked some basic questions about their success and
confidence.

3. Q. SIR; HOW MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE ?
A. I have 7 years of experience in my field.

4. Q. SIR HOW DO YOU TAKE A WORK ?
A. I take a work as a goal. first set the goal of my life and do work about it withfully
concentrated.

5. Q. SIR; ACCORDING TO YOU ; WHAT ARE THE QUALITIES OF SUCCESSFUL
EMPLOY?
A. There are some qualities to become a successful employ.
Hard work; honesty; concentration; confidence; and faith are qualities.

6. Q. SIR; DURING YOUR LONG SUCCESSFUL CAREER YOU MIGHT HAVE SOME
CHALLANGES.
A. There is always up and down in all lives; but wu should take a positively to any
challanges. We should be calm in every situations and need to do how to overcome
from this situation and go though the plan.

A. Job satisfaction is internal and external both satisfaction.

8. Q. SIR; DO YOU BELIEVE IN REWARDS OR OPPORTUNITIES? DOMAIN VISION
OR PURPOSE VISION?
A. I always believe in opportunities. Do your work sincierly; you will get reward
automatically. I beleive in purpose vision.

9. Q. SIR; DURING YOUR LONG CAREER YOU MIGHT FACED YOUR JUNIORS ARE
NOT WORK TO YOUR EXPECTATIONS HOW TO MAKE THEM WORK?
A. Juniors need to guidance. we should give them to proper guidance. They always
work to our expectations. They need to get inspire to do work.

10. Q. SIR; SOMETIMES IN YOUR CAREER YOU FACED YOUR SENIOR OR
AUTHORITIES ARE NOT SUPPORTINGS TO YOU ACCORDING TO YOUR
EXPECTATIONS. HOW MAKE THEM TO CONVINIENCE?
A. YES; sometimes it happens but we should understand that they have lot of work
and they can't give their time in helping. We should waid for some times and in extra
time we take their help.

11. Q. SIR; ACCORDING TO YOU WHAT IS CONTRIBUTION TO ORGANISATIONS
AND HOW DO RELATE IT TO SOCIETY?
A. Contribution doesn't related only how do you give time to any organisation. Your
work is really helpful to your senior ; junior; and organisation also amg get them to
profit.

12. Q. CAN YOU GIVE ME ANY EXAMPLE OF YOUR PERSONAL EXPERIENCE TO IN
WHICH YOU CAN GET"YOU CAN DO" ATTITUDE AND OVERCOME THE FEAR
OF FAILURE?
A. One day work need to completed but hard luck it didn't done in time.In the night
thinking about my mistake and learn from it and next do it even half of that time. After
that time i do planning to do every work.
