Take a two glass slide one without hole & 2 nd with hole in centre of 5mm. Place Whatman Filter paper on centre of slide which is without hole & above it place treated fabric cut in circle form of 5x5 cm & cover it with holed slide & pour 0.5 ml of Perchloroethylene & dry & observe for dye migrated.
