This presentation provides guidelines for standardizing collaboration processes within an organization to improve team communication and competitive advantages. It recommends explaining why collaboration systems are important, discussing how tools can improve communication, and identifying synchronous and asynchronous tools. It also recommends describing how project files will be shared and how task lists will be managed, as well as discussing potential competitive advantages. The presentation should be a minimum of six slides excluding title and references, encourage images/graphics, and follow a 7x7 rule for words per line and lines per slide.
