This document outlines a game where each branch of the U.S. government (Executive, Legislative, Judicial) will attempt to gain more power by identifying scenarios where another branch has overstepped its constitutional bounds. Players on each branch must cite the specific Article, Section, and Clause of the Constitution that would prohibit the other branch's action. Three scenarios are provided for each round that involve actions by the President, Congress, or Courts. The goal is for the branches to check each other's power through constitutional interpretation.
