Introduction
Due to the increase and rapid advancement of
technology it is important that we educate the
mass. We are creating knowledge base articles to
guide clients on how to use several technologies
and software. As we move further the creation of a
technology education team would be developed to
tackle any cutting edge technology issues. We are
going about this by creating KBA’s utilizing web
courses, and updating Moodle documents. We are
trying to populate the knowledge base with as
many useful articles as possible. This involves using
several OS, software, programs and specific features
on devices to allow the client a range of options to
use. The main goal is to put the user in the driver
seat so they could utilize this valuable information.
Materials
The materials used to complete this project were
several programs such as Notepad++ and Jing.
Notepad++ was used to do the actual programming.
I have used my skills of programming from the
classes I have taken and applied it here. The
languages I have used to complete this was HTML
and CSS. The HTML is used for what appears on the
client side such as words and screenshots. CSS is
used for the overall styling and structure. While Jing
was used to take screenshots used in the KBA’s.
Operating Systems used were Windows 7/8.1, Mac
OS X, IOS, Android. Each OS was used to test out
software and specific features of each OS.

Conclusion
List of KBA
In conclusion the purpose of this project was to
create a system where clients and faculty would be
able to learn and gain knowledge on cutting edge
technologies. While completing this project I have
created several KBA’s for “how to use specialty
rooms”, “guides on 25 Live” and how to use certain
aspects of computer software. Doing so helped me
to gain knowledge in the field of technology as I
learned about new software as well as write the
articles in HTML/CSS. Through the use of KBA’s,
online courses we are ensuring that clients retain
this information so they could use it in the future.
This experience has made me become a better
Client Service worker as it further improved my
knowledge on technology and ability to help others.
