Description:
The objective of the project is to automate the entire sales process using Salesforce.com for all the users. The
main process of automation consists of creating the leads, converting them to Accounts and opportunities. Also, the
automation of business process has been taken care by creating a process called PIF for the same which involves three
modules GDS (General Data Sheet), BDS (Building Data Sheet), CC (Complexity Chart). A unique Quotation No is
maintained throughout the process. After the completion of PIF process, the engineering sheets would be uploaded using the
data loader which contains a unique Quote No. The proposals would be created using the uploaded engineering sheets.
Role: Team Member
Key Activities Include:
* Analyzing and Understanding the Business Requirements of the application to be developed
* Created Validation Rules, Workflows and Approval Process for the standard objects.
