The document discusses user stories and requirements for a proposed lightweight digital library system called LoCloud L3D. It provides examples of how smaller libraries and archives could use such a system to digitize and share their collections without specialized IT expertise. Key requirements identified include easy creation of metadata, support for multiple content types, customizable interfaces, and the ability to migrate from other digital library systems. Open issues discussed include prioritizing content types and features.

This presentation provides a ste-by-step introduction to importing and exporting vocabularies in the LoCloud Vocabulary Services. It covers opening a thesaurus, importing SKOS files, importing text files and exporting a vocabulary.
This document discusses vocabulary enrichment services that could be provided through the LoCloud project. It introduces web services and vocabulary standards like SKOS that could be used to build shared multilingual vocabularies. Examples of existing vocabulary management tools are also presented that could serve as a model for the experimental LoCloud application to enable local institutions to collaborate on vocabularies for local history and archaeology. The outcomes of a previous workshop are summarized, including suggestions for importing existing open vocabularies and guidelines for using the new shared vocabulary tool.
Členové projektového týmu prezentovali své závěry, zkušenosti a výstupy z testování LTP open-source systému Archivematica.

Znáte i vy svůj repozitář?

LoCloud: Report on the content delivered to Europeanalocloud
The document reports on content delivered to Europeana by the LoCloud project. It summarizes that LoCloud successfully delivered over 4 million metadata records representing around 6.7 million digital objects from 329 collections across 27 countries. The content came from an estimated 600-700 small institutions, including 85 local museums in Denmark, 245 small collections in Belgium, and 60 institutions in Cyprus ranging from local archives to tourist boards. The items represented are diverse, including photographs, maps, 3D models, videos, and more. The National Archives of Norway contributed content through LoCloud as an alternative way for smaller institutions to contribute beyond the existing national infrastructure in Norway.

2. mezinárodní tzv. komunitární projekt CARARE (Connecting ARchaelogy and ARchitecture in Europeana)
4. •na základě známých standardů vytvořeno metadatové schéma CARARE- dostupné na oficiálních stránkách projektu
http://carare.eu/eng/Resources/CARARE- Documentation/CARARE-2.0-schema
•vytvořen webově dostupný nástroj pro mapování – mapping and ingestion tool, zkráceně MINT (omezený přístup)
•vytvořen repozitář CARARE nazvaný MORE(omezený přístup)

Má pomoci malým a středním kulturním institucím (specializovaná muzea, domácí muzea, veřejné knihovny, lokální archívy apod.)zpřístupnit jejich digitální data prostřednictvím portálu Europeana.
•Koordinátor: Riksarkivet (National Archives of Norway)
•Partneři projektu: 32 institucí z 26 zemí – techničtí partneři, národní a regionální agregátoři, lokální kulturní instituce
•Zahájení: březen 2013
•Trvání: 36 měsíců
o projektu
17. •poskytnutí metadat z aplikace Významné archeologické lokality do Europeany – s tím souvisí integrace VAL do IISPP (doposud oddělené úložiště fotografií ODAN by mělo být převedeno do MIS)
•podíl na vytvoření a testování mikroslužeb vytvořených v rámsi LoCloud
•propagace portálu Europeana mezi potenciálními poskytovateli dat i koncovými uživateli
úloha NPÚ
19. •problematika poskytování dokumentace z IISPP ve světle autorských práv – poplatky, vodoznak atd.
•využití crowdsourcingu (spolupráce s veřejností) v NPÚ?
•spolupráce s Wikipedií?
•NPÚ poskytovatel cloudu ?
•NPÚ agregátor?
