Before starting any work , we do a mutual agreement
between client and us which reflects each and every detail
regarding that project i.e. Brand specification of each
material ,time duration to complete the project and final rate
for the project.

the raj Bhawan, the designing part starts where our expert
architects and designers create the floor plans ,elevation

slab , everything once get finalized then we sign an agreement
with the customer and then proceed accordingly .
