6. Jobs and Housing allocation scheme for the County of Ludwigsburg
1. Vaihingen an der Enz - large infrastructure, but the
density of built-up areas is not as high as the ones of
similar settlements;
2. Sachsenheim and Bietigheim-Bissingen -have good
transportation connections with roads and railways
3. Ludwigsburg, Asperg and Freiberg am Neckar -highly
built-up social and transport infrastructure
4. Gerlingen and Ditzingen - accessibility from Stuttgart
is quite easy.

This Project covers the detailed explanation of "jobs and housing allocation scheme" for
the county of Ludwigsburg for the planning horizon 2020 to accommodate approximately
21,400 additional inhabitants.
The overall scheme was-
1. The first phase was the grounding of objectives, planning guidelines and spatial
concept.
2. The second phase was to find the most suitable areas for jobs and housing
allocation scheme.
The expected population 21,400 had split into two: 10,000 inhabitants to be allocated in
green field and remaining in existing settlements. The area is calculated to be required for
housing 10,000 inhabitants in green field and 11,400 in brownfield. Total area is required
for green field and Browndfield found to be 118 hectares and 109 hectares respectively.
The
potential sites of 60 Hectares (Approx.) for allocation of 5,000 inhabitants. The another
5000 inhabitants have been allocated Scattered development.

in greenfield development. An elaborated and fully
detailed plan was produced by the configuration of land

A multifuntional community center project is
proposed for the people in Zinzira, Dhaka. It can
accomodate over 200 people within 1170 sqm.
This project was guided by generating classical
depiction, maintaining order and creating
volumetric space in which people can gather.
Duality has been created in three distinct blocks
separated from each other whether they belong
in one mass.

17. Unity Complex in Dhaka is a nationalwide competition project organized in 2012 by
Institute of Architects , Bangladesh. It was a project comprised of villas as private
function and club houses, pool, mosque as public function. The basic idea in terms
of master planning derives from the Bangladeshi village landscape, where the
built form and nature has no strict boundaries, distinct separation of private and
public zone as well as the Carbon footprint should be minimized.
Unity Complex- A residential Compound
Each Villas is reflected by the typical Village House, the corner narrow entry and then a large living space with waterbody where one can
access to open green space. Each house is identified by an identified tree infront of the House, so that 6 different trees with flowers recall
momories 6 different seasons of Bangla. Along with the long corridor, one can find the private zone,
which consists of three bedrooms, a family living with open to sky terrace and others. All the
individual rooms and family living enjoy a view of waterbody which encourages to
congregate and recreate. Besides, the master plan has consists of Farmland, Fishing
deck, Manmade Forest, Sunrise and Sunset point, the memories that made the mind
nostalgia and reminiscence .
