The Colorado Center for Community Development (CCCD) is a joint program between the University of Colorado Denver and the College of Architecture and Planning that has provided design, planning, and technical assistance to Colorado communities since 1976, particularly on issues of community development and services. As part of its Rural Assistance Program, CCCD is committed to offering affordable professional services to underserved and rural communities throughout Colorado with populations of 8,000 or less in order to provide planning assistance to those without planning staff.
