A new poll by Environics shows that the majority of Torontonians remain opposed to spending cuts for public services and programs, and want services maintained even if that means increased fees or taxes.

Methodology
The research project involves a telephone survey conducted among 600 adult Torontonians, between January 10 and 13, 2012. The margin of error
for a sample of 600 is plus or minus 4.0 percentage points (at the 95% confidence level). The sampling method was designed to complete 600
interviews within house-holds randomly selected across the City of Toronto .
In this report, results are expressed as percentages unless otherwise noted. Results may not add to 100% due to rounding or multiple responses.
