Donna Miller earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is motivated to participate actively in politics so that her voice can be heard and she does not have to depend on others to determine her fate. She would like to see term limits for congressmen and more active women in politics. This course taught her that the president has limited power while Congress has most of the power. The most important issue is motivating and educating future generations on the importance of voting. She believes the Second Amendment, which allows citizens to protect themselves, is the most important amendment.
