At the request of Mr. Zejun Duan, I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation.
Zejun has been working as a Client Support Specialist in our IT department from July till
December 2015, for 20 hours per week. His responsibilities include hardware and software
support; computer labs operations; virtual data center maintenance and support; audio/video
support for lecture capturing and on-line seminars; asset management and software distribution
system support. In the past six months since he started working in our department I was very
impressed by the dedicated manner with which Zejun carried out his work duty and pursued his
academic coursework. He is a quick study, and has shown the ability to grasp general principles
as well as subtle details. He proved to be able to work well under pressure in multitasking
environment. Zejun is a good team player and can work very competently on his own with a
minimal supervision. He is well organized, approaches projects in a systematic way, and
manages his time effectively.
