Polar bears live throughout the Arctic regions near the North Pole, hunting seals as their primary food source. They use several hunting methods including still hunting at seal breathing holes, stalking seals on land or in the water. Polar bears are perfectly adapted to the harsh Arctic conditions with two layers of fur and thick blubber keeping them warm. Their only natural predators are other polar bears or humans, but climate change now poses the greatest threat to their survival.
