2. Appreciate your participation. As we are getting closer towards the
historic moment here are few updates.
Registrations
Registration for Organization members through ORGANIZATION CODE
is now closed. Organization quota shall be released to your
organization in Sept. 1st week. Registration for individuals WITHOUT
organization code is ongoing and shall be closed soon.
Online Contributions & Refund
We are thankful for your generous online contributions and support for
the community reception program. Though the contributions were
optional and purely voluntary we would like to once again clarify that
the passes are NOT guaranteed for any online contribution. If the
contribution was done with the assumption that by contributing one
would be securing a seat, then please note that the assumption is in-
correct. If you would like to get the refund please email to
info@pmmodiinca.org by Sept 5th 2015 and IACWC USA would do all
the needful to refund your contribution.

3. Free of Charge
As this is a free event, IACWC USA has requested all the welcome
partner organizations not to charge any money or link the seat/pass to
any financial obligation. Any information on such cases brought to the
attention of IACWC USA appropriate action shall be taken including
revoking partner organization status without any further notice or
communication. If you are aware of such cases send email to

Sponsorship/Souvenir
The expenses of this event are taken care through sponsorships from
Community Organizations, Individuals, Corporations and Businesses. If
you would like to sponsor or advertise please contact
sponsor@pmmodiinca.org or souvenir@pmmodiinca.org. All sponsorship
checks are directly payable to make check payable directly to IACWC
USA.
