OBJECTIVES
• To Help the children to develop their emotional intelligence, which is the
capacity to understand, to use and run their emotions and those of the
others in a natural way.
• To understand, evaluate and express emotions;
• To understand emotions and the emotional knowledge;
• To run emotions promoting and emotional and intellectual uprising.
METHODS AND TECHNIQUES
• Developing basical emotional skills;
• Laughtherapy;
• Breathing exercises;
• Relaxing techniques;
• Developing guided strategies for the maintaining of the emotional balance.
ACTIVITY
• Ask children to make different facial emotions;
• Exploring stories about feelings and emotions
• Arts
• Drama
• Oral language and written expression
ASSESSMENT These activities helped children to understand and run better their emotions. They
have also had some influence on children’s behaviour as their aggressiveness
diminished.
