A 10-year-old male presented to the emergency department with right arm pain after pitching in a baseball game. On examination, he was holding his pitching arm closely and rubbing his elbow, with tenderness over the medial epicondyle. This is a classic case of overuse injury or pitcher's elbow caused by repetitive valgus stress on the elbow. Treatment involves analgesia, limiting pitching for 4-6 weeks, and referral for further imaging if pain persists.
