 HPI- 65 y/o female presents to the ED c/o right hand
  pain on the dorsal aspect after falling down 6 steps.
  No LOC
PMX- DM, HTN
Social- Positive Tobacco
Psx- Tonsillectomy
Allergies- PCN
 P- 70 BP- 170/90 RR- 20 T- 98.8
 HEENT- NCAT, EMOI
 Cardio- RRR, S1, S2
 Ext- Distal pulses intact, Swelling of the right hand
 with limited motion of the wrist and hand
 LUNATE DISLOCATION
 Reposition the lunate in its proper orientation. If this
  cannot be done in the ED then it can be
  accomplished in the OR. Even if the lunate
  dislocation can be repositioned nonsurgically, a
  surgical procedure is usually required to stabilize the
  bones to allow for proper healing
 Requires emergent orthopedics consultation.
 Complications are common after sustaining a lunate
  dislocation. These can include arthritis, persistent
  pain, and instability of the wrist joint. Prompt
  treatment helps to lower the chance of these
  complications
 Recovery from a lunate dislocation will take a
  minimum of 6 months, if not longer.
