4. Traction
Before we even finished the development of the app, we
decided to launch an early beta version, just to see if
there was any interest. We were blown away by the
response, more than 1000 users after one week, user
base growing day by day and press such as
TechCrunch.
We had to stop the promotion after 3 days as we were
not planning to get as many users for a first version.
